We are excited to welcome new families into our community! Enrollment at Angel’s Visiting Child Development Center is designed to be smooth, accessible, and parent-friendly. We understand that families in West Charlotte often juggle busy schedules, language differences, and shifting childcare needs. Our team is here to support you every step of the way.
How to Enroll
1️⃣ Schedule a Tour
Meet our teachers, explore the classrooms, and see firsthand what makes our center feel like home.
2️⃣ Complete the Enrollment Packet
Parents receive all required forms, including emergency contacts, health forms, and daily care preferences. Staff can help families complete forms if needed.
3️⃣ Submit Immunization Records
North Carolina licensing requires updated medical records before a child begins care.
4️⃣ Meet the Teacher
Parents receive a welcome meeting with their child’s teacher to discuss routines, goals, and any special accommodations.
5️⃣ First Day Welcome!
Your child will be gently introduced to their classroom, new friends, and daily schedule.
What Families Need to Provide
Diapers & wipes (infants/toddlers)
Extra clothing
Any comfort items
Bottles & formula (if applicable)
We provide nutritious snacks and meals depending on your child’s age group.
